    About this paper

    Log-log graph paper

On log-log paper both axes use a logarithmic scale. Each cycle (decade) covers a factor of 10, such as 1–10 or 10–100. Relationships of the form y = a·xⁿ appear as straight lines with slope n.

Choose the number of cycles to fit your data range.

    Frequently asked questions

How many cycles do I need?

One cycle per factor of 10 in your data. Values from 1 to 1000 need 3 cycles.

How do I make sure the grid prints at the right size?

In the print dialog choose “Actual size”, “100%” or “No scaling”, and turn off “Fit to page” or “Shrink to fit”. To confirm, print our free calibration test sheet and measure the 10 cm line with a ruler.

Is it free for commercial use?

Yes. There is no account, no watermark and no download limit. You can use the paper for classes, worksheets, products and client work.
