    About this paper

    Polar graph paper

Polar paper locates points by distance from the center (r) and angle from the positive x-axis (θ). Rings mark the radius and spokes mark the angle, here labeled in degrees.

Set the spoke spacing to 15° for general work, 10° for finer angles, or 30° for simple diagrams.

    Frequently asked questions

    Can I label in radians?

The labels are in degrees. With 15° spokes, every spoke matches a multiple of π/12 radians.

How do I make sure the grid prints at the right size?

In the print dialog choose “Actual size”, “100%” or “No scaling”, and turn off “Fit to page” or “Shrink to fit”. To confirm, print our free calibration test sheet and measure the 10 cm line with a ruler.

Is it free for commercial use?

Yes. There is no account, no watermark and no download limit. You can use the paper for classes, worksheets, products and client work.
