    About this paper

    Mandala grid paper

The page holds one large circle divided into equal segments by solid spokes, with a dashed line halfway between each pair. Concentric rings at a fixed spacing give you guides for each layer of the design, from the center outward.

Draw a motif in one segment and repeat it in all the others. Choose 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 20, 24 or 32 segments; 8 and 12 are the easiest to start with.

    Frequently asked questions

What are the dashed lines for?

They split every segment in half, so you can mirror a motif across the middle of each segment for kaleidoscope-style symmetry.

How do I make sure the grid prints at the right size?

In the print dialog choose “Actual size”, “100%” or “No scaling”, and turn off “Fit to page” or “Shrink to fit”. To confirm, print our free calibration test sheet and measure the 10 cm line with a ruler.

Is it free for commercial use?

Yes. There is no account, no watermark and no download limit. You can use the paper for classes, worksheets, products and client work.
